This is my favorite Hardees because of the location! Overall the service and food meet the normal expectations. However the small town friendliness and the laid back atmosphere is great! Also the view of the river from the outdoor eating area is spectacular! An easy place to stop when passing through Belpre.
Half my order was wrong, as well as cold. Missing items we ordered as well. Took over 20min to get order for it to be messed up, but what we did have tasted alright.
Most of the time it's not too bad. But the last time I was there our food and service was terrible. My mom ordered a taco salad. There wasn't really any salad. It was all beans and meat. It had about 4 pieces of lettuce in it. I got chicken tacos. They were cold. The tortillas felt as though they were taken out of the fridge and put right out without warming them. The meat was cold and the cheese didn't melt at all. I got a side of beans. They were cold and pasty. That the cheese on them did not melt at all. The lady who brought out our food was more interested with getting the TVs working than bringing out warm food. I also sent an e-mail to the district manager but never heard back from her. What good does it do to put that person's e-mail on the receipt if they are not going to respond to problems.
