Today we waiting in the waiting area for close to a hour, waited for the doctor for 15, and have been waiting for discharge papers for close to a hour while we listen to the staff complain about having no meds.
It's close to me, the housekeeping staff keeps it shining, the folks who work here are helpful and friendly.
I have been to the Belpre campus ER twice, and have been treated exceptionally well. No wait time each visit, but I may have been there at an off time... As a retired nurse, I know how the medical profession works, but above all else, the bottom line should remain excellent patient care, and treating others with the Golden Rule standard. So far I can testify they do at The Belpre campus, and I for one am grateful we have this invaluable service here in the Belpre area!! Many kuddos to them!!!
Treated my 19 year old son who has chronic pancreatitis like he was a pain seeker. Didn't even do any tests other than bloodwork and sent him home with a pain level of a 7. Only gave him so grab for nausea. They didn't care about him at all.
My husband and I have been there three times,we have been EXTREMELY pleased ! EVERYONE has been sooooo soooo nice and can't be kind enough to us. We have always walked in up to the desk,and give the information and before we got it done every time they were there waiting to take us to the room. We could NOT be more satisfied. We will always be going there if need be. THANK YOU BELPRE MEDICAL. ! PS
