They couldn't find a wheelchair so I got to hop to the x-ray room. They refuse to give my family doctor access to my x-rays. I wasn't even offered an ice pack for my badly sprained ankle. I am not impressed at all.

They told me that I had to go straight to the emergency room. As soon as I got there they said nothing was fine and these guys were clueless of the situation.
I was there 2 hours for a simple x-ray (it was not busy at the time, but they were busy laughing and having fun in the hallway) and didn't even speak to a real doctor. The receptionist told me that my insurance was accepted there yet I just received a bill for $795.00.
