We recently purchased a new house and visited other furniture stores before visiting Belpre Furniture, on our visit to the store we were greeted by Jody. Let me say that she went above and beyond for every item we were searching for. She made sure we were happy with every item and that every item we ordered was in top quality before it was delivered and setup by Belpre Furniture delivery guys, who in which were very professional. This store has very good products, reading other reviews your not always going to make everyone happy but we will definitely be revisiting the store for more products.
I purchased a bedroom suite for my daughter. The sales lady told me it would be FOUR weeks to come in. Every week they tell me it will be one more week. We are now nearly EIGHT weeks out! Their customer service is TERRIBLE, they don't care my daughter STILL has no bed. Never again will I step foot in that store. I wish I would have seen all these horrible reviews before I spent a boatload of money! We go to pick it up and is not wrapped, not boxed, no plastic, nothing! This bedroom suite is white! They day they have nothing to wrap it with. This place is pathetic! Big Sandy's is a short drive without the issues!
Great experience. Sales lady was very friendly and helpful and we got a great deal on a new bedroom set for our son. Glad we stopped here after being disappointed with prices and selection at other local stores.
Their customer service is truly awful. After weeks of discussions they promised to return my final call in late May/early June - still haven't heard from them. The sofa & love seat I purchased are of inferior quality & Belpre Furniture will only repair them if I pay to have them repaired. I'll never buy anything there again & will discourage everyone I know from patronizing their store.
They had friendly employees, they are cheap and affordable, and comfortable and beautiful items.
